It’s easy! Fill out an application online or in-person at our leasing office. Once approved, choose your desired apartment floor plan and pay a security deposit equal to one installment payment.
Housing contracts for The Station State College begin in mid-August and end in late July of the following year, aligning with the beginning of the fall semester. Payments are divided into 12 equal installment payments.
Installment payments are due on the first (1st) of every month and are considered late after 5 p.m. on the fifth (5th) of that month. You can bring your check to the clubhouse or pay online using our convenient resident portal.
Your monthly installment payments include high-speed Internet, basic cable, pest control, trash, lawn maintenance, and access to all of our resort-style community amenities.
Yes! Parking is provided on a first come, first serve basis. Parking is available when unit assignments get sent. There is a lot fee of $150 per year. Garage parking is $100 per month for garage space.

The apartments range in size from approximately 1,039 square feet for our one-bedroom apartment (Carriage – A) to approximately 2,038 square feet in our five-bedroom apartment (Talmadge or Hawthorne).
The number of bedrooms depends on the selected floor plan. We offer one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, and five-bedroom apartments.
Residents never have to worry about sharing a bathroom again! Each private bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom for ultimate privacy.
Yes! We offer furniture packages that include high-quality living room and bedroom furniture, including a queen-sized mattress. Each Penn State apartment also comes furnished with built-in appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, a range/oven, a microwave, and a full-size washer and dryer. Furniture packages might differ from unit to unit.

The Station is conveniently located within a 5-minute drive from the PSU Main campus so residents don’t have to deal with the hassle of a long commute to class.
Each apartment has either a patio or deck (depending on the location). Some apartments have large front porches as well.
